Meet the Author

Close-up selfie of author Susan Samadi with long wavy dark hair and brown eyes, wearing a sleeveless light-colored top, indoors with a neutral background.

Susan Samadi is a U.S. Air Force Reservist and aircraft mechanic. As an emerging author, her stories often explore characters who are broken but are still reaching for something better.

When she’s not writing, you’ll probably find her curled up with a cup of tea with her cats, homeschooling her daughter, crocheting something unnecessarily ambitious, or shamelessly bribing her husband to beta read just one more chapter. She loves rainy days more than sunny ones, and she believes in the complexity of those we call villains, and in the healing that comes from feeling seen, even in a fictional world.
